Who am I?
My name is Matt, though more commonly known as Expeon, I am a 17 year old Graphic Designer and Photographer based in the United Kingdom. Since late 2019, it has been my ambition to unleash my love for intricate detail and keen eye for creativity.
My Experience
I have been constantly working within Photoshop for over 3 years now, ever building and developing my skills. In relation, I have been studying a photography course for the past 2 years, I have developed my skills with my own camera and how to realise the best potential my equipment has to offer.
Future Ambitions
Within the next two years, I aim to continue my Photography Studies, as well as incorporate Media Studies into the mix, to better my understanding with new types of camera peripherals, how to set up and level up my photoshoots as well as improve my understanding of equipment behind the scenes. On top of this, I hope to partner with, or work for, new companies and/or organisations as part of their media team.

Kawasaki H2R Poster
This piece was made to both express my love for the bike as well as explore new techniques with colours and how the use of torn paper adds a different, more unique aspect to my design. As opposed to a simple image of the bike itself, I found that adding elements of torn paper gave the image more life and depth.
Coffee App UI/UX Design
After finding an interest in the design process of User Interface and what goes in to create an amazing User Experience, I decided I wanted to take a shot at it myself, so, I designed the home and checkout page of an app where you can order coffee delivered directly to your door. As well as this, I took the opportunity to practice some typography layouts, expand my skills with formatting, and composition of elements in my work. I also sought an understanding of what was easier for the human eye to read and what was not.
Ukrainian Crisis Poster Design
Following the awful news that war had broken out in the East, I was influenced by media online and took to creating a poster design. I used this as a good opportunity to try and explore more methods and elements, such as the grid of images in the lower half of the composition, which allowed me to display a lot of media and emphasise the tragedies experienced by those unfortunate enough to find themselves in the midst of the conflict. Alongside this, I also explored new ways of structuring my typography and composition to find what was the most easiest and eye-catching, ensuring that it would gain attention and draw in viewers.
